We collect data that you provide to us voluntarily. This occurs, for example, when you use our Sign-up Form (Email, Region interest) or when you complete your Profile (Salary, Employment status, Housing preferences) for the purpose of housing matching.

3. Data Sharing

Your trust is paramount. Your data is shared only with verified Partner Agencies and Landlords and only upon your explicit request or consent (e.g., when you accept an invite to view a property or connect with an agent).

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties for advertising purposes.

4. Tools & Security

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform securely:

• Supabase: For secure database management and authentication.
• Resend: For transactional email delivery.
• Vercel: For secure hosting and deployment.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the data we store about you at any time. You also have the right to request the correction of incorrect data or the deletion of your data, provided there is no legal obligation to retain it.
