1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to the use of the platform offlist.ch (hereinafter "Offlist"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Offlist is a matching platform connecting prospective tenants with real estate professionals and landlords.

Important: We are not a real estate agency and we do not own the properties listed or discussed. We facilitate contact and provide a digital infrastructure for efficient matching.

3. User Duties

Users are obliged to provide truthful information. This applies in particular to information regarding solvency, employment status, and personal details provided in the rental dossier/profile. Misrepresentation may lead to immediate exclusion from the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Offlist acts solely as an intermediary. We are not a contracting party to the rental agreements concluded between tenants and landlords. We accept no liability for the content of the rental contracts, the condition of the properties, or the conduct of the contracting parties.

5. Costs

Access to the Offlist platform for tenants is currently free of charge (Beta phase). Verified Relocation Partners and Agents operate on their own fee structures, which are separate from Offlist. Any such fees will be communicated directly by the respective partner.

6. Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the use of this website is Zürich, Switzerland. Swiss law applies exclusively.
