- Sell off-market: direct buyer introductions, co-brokerage or a full exclusive mandate, with no upfront listing fees.
- Property management in Zurich and Zug: tenants, repairs and administration handled locally for owners abroad, for a percentage of rental income.
- Lease transfer (Nachmieter): for tenants leaving early, we propose a solvent replacement tenant to the landlord.
Who is in the network
On the rental side, Offlist members are mainly executives, diplomats and professionals relocating to Zurich, Zug, Basel, Geneva and Lausanne, typically for employers such as Google, Roche, Novartis, UBS, ETH Zurich and international organisations. Each tenant is checked for employment and solvency before an introduction.
On the sales side, the network includes international executives buying a family home, single and multi-family offices, and private investors. Buyers' identity and proof of funds are verified before they see any details of your property.
Fees at a glance
Letting through the private network is free for landlords. For sales there are no upfront listing fees, the private match assessment is free, and the fee depends on the service level you choose; it is confirmed in writing before any mandate is signed. Property management is charged as a percentage of rental income. For each service, you know the conditions before you commit to anything.
Discretion and data handling
Your property is never published on Offlist, on portals or in search engines. A matched candidate sees details only after you approve them, and for sales, buyers can be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. All data is processed in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG), and you can ask us to withdraw your property and delete your data at any time.
